The Asiad, that’s the way Asian games are called. This is an event held every four years among athletes from all over Asia. There are 15 Asian games are held in various Asian places. China dominating the whole Asian games and stood at the top of the score board having a impressive medal count. In 2006, it was the first time that all 45 member nations of the Olympic Council of Asia took part in this event. The Asian games are only conducted with the main motive of developing a friendly relationship among nations

The International Tennis Hall of Fame is hosted by the Newport Casino. It has named Sampras as one of the top five men's tennis players of all-time. He is one of the best players that the tennis world ever seen.

Here comes the man of pure passion and it’s quite frequent that his name will fall automatically in our minds if we think about that F1 racing. According to the official Formula One website, he is "statistically the greatest driver the sport has ever seen. he has won the title seven times and now he is currently the test driver for Ferrari . the man with the red suit in the racing field is burning the roads .in he has won the title five times consecutively for Ferrari in the years 2000-2004. He is currently acting as advisor and special test driver for the 2008 scuderia Ferrari F1 Team.

Boxing-Who's the king of the ring!

Boxing the game where we learn to prove the very old saying that” no pain and no gain” its one of the oldest game in the world and the champion is the strongest man in the world. Rounds knock outs, bell sounds are the ruling factors of the game. Usually the game is between the people of same weights and the factor is that who stands better in the game. It’s simply hard to imagine to see such a huge hit on an opponent face it’s really hard to see it too. The sound echoes for the whole day for that huge hit.

This name reverberates so often when we have talks about Olympics!! Well that’s right.
He has won 14 career Olympic gold medals, the most by any Olympian. As of August 2008, he also holds seven world records in swimming .Phelps holds the record for the most gold medals won at a single Olympics with the eight gold .He won at the 2008 Olympic games . Overall, Phelps has won 16 Olympic medals: six gold and two bronze at Athens Olympics in 2004, and 8 gold medals at the 2008 summer Olympics in Beijing.
Overall he is the only man to bag an individual record of 16 medals in two consecutive Olympics. He is the “golden man” in Olympics.

AMERICAN FOOTBALL (RUGBY)

The game being the national game of the United States and their favorite too! It’s a game of mixing strategy that 11 players clash at a time to get hold of that oval thing (ball). People have their eyes on that ball shifting to the opponent’s hands. The players rushes to pole end and keeps the ball on the ground to claim the goal. The funny people slashing in the grounds is pretty tough to play . Strength matters, stamina does a lot. With all that protection in that players body yet he is hurt at the end of the play American football is tough to play but so sweet for them to taste the victory in that pain.

A total of 10,500 athletes competed in 302 events in 28 sports .only 87 countries have won the medals after all winning doesn’t matter and participation does. the big fair of Olympics has come to an end this time in Beijing with the land marking records in the many events and some of the details are 43 new world records and 132 new Olympic records set in the field.
